Our Trinity Church internship program is designed for 18-25 year-olds who are committed to self-development, servant leadership, impacting our culture for Jesus, and a desire to join our team, extending the ministry of Pastor Mark and Grace Driscoll. After completing this program, it is expected that he/she should be able to enter the workforce as a culture influencer, leader among peers, and with high emotional intelligence. Trinity Church is committed to making the internship both challenging and rewarding. Much will be asked and much will be given as we carry out Trinity Church’s mission while building servant leaders. The full-time staff also desire to give back by generously giving time, energy, grace, knowledge, experience, resources, and opportunities to each intern. Interns will experience many facets of the ministry world, grow as a leader, and have a lot of fun.
Below are the different areas where interns could serve. Our internship is more general, meaning that interns will serve in multiple areas of interest.
- Trinity Kids
- Worship
- Student Ministry
- Production
- Hospitality
- Guest Services
- Security
- Social Media
Intern development opportunities include a weekly discipleship class, monthly fun activities, weekly staff Bible study, group meals, and every intern is paired with a staff member or pastor’s wife to meet with for mentorship every other week.

“I have been an intern for about a month now and have been absolutely loving it! I have been meeting and making so many amazing and genuine friendships with people who all share a similar life goal – serving Jesus! Being here at Trinity has taught me so much about what it means to serve Jesus and preach the gospel. Not only that, but I also have been able to personally work on and grow in my faith…The internship has really taught me to trust in God and His timing. He will provide what we need when He thinks we need it. I’ve learned to be vulnerable and step out of my comfort zone. I am so thankful for the internship program and everything it has taught me so far! I can’t wait to continue leading and serving Jesus through it!”
